**PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION CAREFULLY**

  • VPK – 6th grade will be held at NFEI WEST CAMPUS.
  • Temperature checks will be performed prior to entering the building for all students. Students with temperatures at or above 101.4°F will be isolated must be picked up immediately.
  • If your child is displaying any signs of sickness, it is required that you do not send them to school.
  • Students who show up to school with visible signs of sickness (coughing, sneezing, runny nose, etc.) will be isolated and must be picked up immediately.
  • Fully virtual instruction is an option for all students. You may enroll your child in virtual instruction by clicking HERE.
  • For the safety of our students, parents, and staff, office hours are available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call 904-764-0084 to schedule an appointment. Otherwise, please email info@nfei.org for assistance.

**PLEASE NOTE: NFEI staff and administration has the right to refuse ANY student from attending in-school instruction due to display of sickness, at their discretion.

Spectrum

-Students who participate in NFEI’s Spectrum program will receive in-school instruction Monday – Friday.

-You may enroll your child to receive fully virtual instruction by clicking HERE.

-Students will be required to wear face masks each day. Please ensure your child has a face mask on prior to getting on the bus or getting dropped off.

Grade K-6

-VPK – 6th Grade will be held at NFEI West Campus.

-In-school learning days are Monday – Friday, unless you have opted for your child to receive fully virtual instruction by clicking HERE.

-K-2nd Grade students will be required to wear a face SHIELD each day (provided). Please ensure your child has a face SHIELD on prior to getting on the school bus or getting dropped off.

-3rd – 6th grade students will be required to wear a face mask each day. Please ensure your child has a face mask on prior to getting on the school bus or being dropped off.

Grade 7-8

7th and 8th grade students will participate in in-school learning on Monday – Wednesday, and receive virtual instruction on Thursday and Friday.

-You may choose for your child to participate in virtual-instruction only by clicking HERE.

-7th & 8th grade students will be required to wear a face mask each day. Please ensure your child has a face mask on prior to getting on the school bus or getting dropped off.

Grade 9-12

-Students in grades 9th – 12th will participate in in-school instruction on THURSDAYS AND FRIDAYS.

-You may choose for your child to participate in virtual-instruction only by clicking HERE. 

-9th – 12th grade students will be required to wear a face mask each day. Please ensure your child has a face mask on prior to getting on the school bus or getting dropped off.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does school start?

School will begin on August 24th at the West Campus and August 26th at the North Campus. Virtual instruction will officially begin on August 31st.

 

Can my child participate in virtual-only instruction?

Yes. You may sign your child up to participate in virtual-only instruction by clicking HERE. Please note, once your child is signed up you may not change their instruction back to in-person until after the semester ends (January 2021).

 

Will NFEI be providing transportation?

Yes. NFEI will provide regular transportation services this school year.

 

Will my student be provided a laptop for virtual instruction?

Families who choose a fully-virtual instruction are responsible for providing their own means of participation (laptop and internet access). For all other students, NFEI is currently working to provide laptops for students without access at home on a need-basis. More information will be provided at a later date.
